LISA (Localization Industry Standards Association) QA is the quality assurance mechanism used by Spear to collect feedbacks over the quality of translations from editors. It also gives us an objective view to check the performance of our vendors.
In LISA QA mechanism, criteria are listed out and errors are categorised as Minor, Major and Critical, of which each of them weights different scores. Scores are then added together to check if the overall quality of the translation work passed.
By adopting this mechanism, Spear is able to keep on improving its service quality along with the performance of our vendors.
